Your job notes aren’t a proposal. We’ll turn them into one.
Send us your notes, photos, scope, pricing — even a voice memo. We organize everything into a clean, professional proposal, branded as your company, ready to send to your customer.
First proposal free. $49 each after that. No subscription, no contract, no software to learn.
What you send
Notes · Photos · Voice memo
- Demo existing hall bath to studs and subfloor
- New tile floor, 3×6 offset, 1/16″ grout
- Set 36″ vanity, toilet, light and vent fan
- Prime and paint walls, trim and ceiling

- First proposal free
- 24-hour target turnaround
- Your branding, not ours
- No software to learn
- No subscription
Three steps, and none of them are at a computer.
You already have the information. The only thing standing between it and a proposal is the typing — and that is the part we do.
-
1
Step one
Send it
Text us photos, forward an email, snap a picture of your notepad, or talk it through in a voice memo. However you already record a job is how you send it.
-
2
Step two
We build it
We organize what you gave us into a clean, readable proposal and put your business name and logo on it. If something is missing or unclear, we ask you — we never fill it in ourselves.
-
3
Step three
You send it
You get back a finished PDF — our target is within 24 hours of us having everything. Read it over, and send it to your customer.
From job-site notes to customer-ready.
Same job. Same facts. Same price. The only thing that changes is how it reads to the person deciding whether to hire you.
- Handwritten notes on a pad, a receipt or the back of an invoice
- Twenty photos on your phone, none of them labelled
- Prices worked out in a text thread with your supplier
- A voice memo you recorded in the truck
- Scope in your head, in the order you thought of it
- $4,455 deposit on signing
- $5,940 at rough-in
- $4,455 on completion
- Tile and fixtures — $2,400 allowance
- Relocating the existing window
- Concealed damage found after demo
- Two years on workmanship, manufacturer warranty on materials
Example only. Redline Remodeling LLC, the customer and every figure shown here are fictional.
- One PDF with your logo and business details on it
- Scope written in a clear, numbered order
- Pricing, allowances and exclusions stated plainly
- Payment schedule and timeline set out as you gave them
- A signature block your customer can actually sign
Send whatever you already have.
You do not have to tidy it up first. If you would write it on a scrap of paper or say it out loud to the customer, that is enough for us to work from.
- Customer name
- Job address
- Scope of work
- Job-site photos
- Handwritten notes
- Voice memo
- Materials
- Pricing
- Allowances
- Payment schedule
- Timeline
- Exclusions
- Warranty terms
- Anything else job-specific
Talking is faster than typing.
Plenty of contractors just record a two-minute voice memo in the truck before they pull off the job — customer, address, what the work is, what they are charging, how long it will take. Send us that and we will write it up.
If something is missing or we cannot tell what you meant, we email you and ask. We never guess and we never fill in a number for you.
One clean PDF, branded as your company.
Not our logo. Not a template with someone else’s name on it. Your business, your numbers, your terms — laid out so a customer can read it in two minutes and sign it.
- Your business name and contact details
- Your logo
- Proposal number and date
- Customer information
- Job address
- Project overview
- Scope of work
- Materials
- Allowances
- Exclusions
- Pricing
- Payment schedule
- Timeline
- Your terms and conditions
- Your warranty information
- Signature and date block
What we do not do
CanIWorkForYou does not estimate your job, decide what you should charge, determine the scope of work, choose materials, invent allowances, write exclusions or warranties, set payment terms or timelines, or create legal language. You provide the facts. We organize them and present them professionally. If a detail is missing, we ask you for it.
You handle the remodel. We’ll handle the proposal.
This is built for the contractor who is running the crew, pricing the job and writing the paperwork at nine at night. Most of the people we work with are:
- Solo contractors and owner-operated businesses
- Small crews without an office manager
- Contractors who walk and price their own jobs
- Contractors who are good at the work and hate the paperwork
- Anyone currently using Word, Google Docs, a text message or a handwritten form
- Anyone who has no interest in learning another proposal platform
Pay for a proposal when you need one.
No plan, no seat, no monthly fee sitting on your card in a slow month.
A real job, start to finish, at no cost.
Per proposal. Only when you send us one.
- No subscription
- No contract
- No monthly commitment
- No minimum number of jobs
Straight answers.
What information do I need to send?
Whatever you have for the job: the customer, the address, the work, your price, and any terms you want on the proposal. If you are missing something we need, we email you and ask before we build anything.
Can I send handwritten notes?
Yes. A photo of your notepad is completely fine.
Can I send job-site photos?
Yes. Send as many as you like.
Can I send a voice memo?
Yes. Record it and send it over. That is often the fastest way to get us a scope.
How fast will I get my proposal?
Our target is within 24 hours of receiving everything we need. If something is missing, the clock starts when you send the missing piece.
Do you calculate my job price?
No. You provide all pricing. We never set, suggest or adjust a number.
Do you determine the scope of work?
No. You provide the scope. We organize and write up what you tell us.
Will the proposal use my company branding?
Yes, as long as you send us your business information and your logo. The proposal goes out as your company, not ours.
How much does it cost?
Your first proposal is free. After that it is $49 per proposal.
Is there a subscription?
No. There is no subscription, no contract and no monthly commitment. You use us when you have a job that needs a proposal.
