Do I need to ship my product?
In most cases, no. We produce from the product photos you already have. If your photos do not show a detail clearly, we will tell you before production begins.
Can you work from product photos?
Yes, that is the core of what we do. Clean, well-lit photos give the best result, but everyday phone photos are often enough. A link to your product page helps us match details and claims.
Who are the people and models in the ads?
Where a film features people, they are AI-generated talent, not real individuals or customers. We only use talent where it suits the product and the brief.
Can I use these as paid advertisements?
Yes. After full payment, you may use the finished films for your business across paid social advertising, organic social, your website, email and other normal promotional channels, as described in our Terms of Service.
How long does production take?
Production timing begins once we receive your completed intake form and assets, and varies with your plan and the complexity of each film. Current turnaround details are set out in our Terms of Service.
What counts as a revision?
A revision round covers reasonable changes to a delivered film, such as on-screen text, timing, the call to action, music or the use of your supplied assets. A new concept, a major change in creative direction or a different product counts as a new film. The number of rounds included depends on your plan.
Do I own the finished creative?
After full payment, you may use the finished films for your business across social media, advertising, your website, email and other normal promotional channels. Some elements, such as licensed music or AI-generated visuals, are provided under third-party terms; our Terms of Service explain the details.
Can I cancel my monthly plan?
Yes. You can cancel a monthly plan at any time before your next billing date by emailing troy@caniworkforyou.com. Cancellation stops future charges; the current paid cycle is not prorated. Full details are in our Terms of Service.
Can you match my existing brand style?
Yes. Share your site, existing ads or brand guidelines and we will match your type, color, tone and pacing, so every film looks like it came from your brand.
