Terms of Service

Effective date: October 8, 2026

CanIWorkForYou.com is operated by Elite Trio LLC.

These Terms govern your use of CanIWorkForYou.com and of our video creation services, and form an agreement between you and Elite Trio LLC, operating as CanIWorkForYou.com. References in these Terms to “CanIWorkForYou.com,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean Elite Trio LLC operating the CanIWorkForYou.com brand.

What the service is

CanIWorkForYou.com creates short-form video advertising, product commercials and ad creative for brands, provided through monthly production plans.

Customer-supplied material

You may supply us with photos, footage, logos, designs, music and other assets for use in your video content. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to let us use anything you submit, including footage, photos, logos, designs and music. Do not send us material you are not authorized to share or that infringes someone else’s rights.

Your responsibility for submitted material

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you send us and for reviewing the finished video content before it is published or used. You confirm that you are entitled to send us the files and information you provide and that you authorize us to use them to prepare your video content.

Pricing and billing

Current prices are displayed on CanIWorkForYou.com and on the applicable Stripe checkout page.

Creative Essentials, Signature Creative and Performance Lab are recurring monthly subscriptions. They continue billing each month until canceled.

The price shown at checkout is the price that applies to that purchase or subscription billing cycle.

We may change our pricing in the future. Price changes will not affect charges that have already been paid.

If we change the price of a monthly subscription, we will email you at least 30 days before the new price applies to your subscription. You may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect. If you do not cancel, the new subscription price will apply beginning with the first billing cycle that occurs after the notice period.

When production begins

Production begins when CanIWorkForYou.com starts substantive creative or production work on your project after receiving your completed Client Intake Form and required assets. This may include scripting, storyboarding, preparing or generating creative assets, editing, or assembling the video.

Turnaround and delivery

Production timing begins after we receive your completed Client Intake Form and all required assets.

Delivery timing depends on your plan’s production queue and on the number and complexity of the videos in your billing cycle. Signature Creative and Performance Lab are produced with priority.

For monthly plans, the videos included in a billing cycle may be delivered throughout the cycle or together, as agreed with you.

Turnaround times are estimates and may vary depending on project complexity, revision requests, delayed client responses, or missing assets.

Unused monthly videos

Videos included in a monthly billing cycle are produced once we receive your completed Client Intake Form and required assets for that cycle.

If we have not received the required information and assets, the unused videos will remain available for up to 30 days after the end of that billing cycle.

Any unused videos that are not requested and supported with the required information and assets within that 30-day period will expire. Expired videos are non-refundable.

Revisions

Each plan includes a set number of reasonable revision rounds per ad: Creative Essentials includes 1 revision round per ad; Signature Creative includes 2 revision rounds per ad; Performance Lab includes 3 revision rounds per ad.

A revision round may include reasonable changes such as:

  • text
  • timing
  • call to action (CTA)
  • music
  • use of your supplied assets

A completely new concept, a major change in creative direction, or a substantially different replacement video is outside the included revision round and may require an additional fee.

Refunds

Refunds may be requested before production begins, as defined in the When production begins section.

Once production has started on a monthly billing cycle, payments are non-refundable because creative work and production resources have already been committed.

For monthly subscriptions, once the 30-day carryover period described in the Unused monthly videos section has ended, any expired videos are non-refundable, even if production on them never began.

If we are unable to complete the purchased service, a full or partial refund may be issued as appropriate.

Monthly subscription cancellation

You may cancel a monthly subscription at any time before your next billing date. Cancellation stops future recurring charges.

To cancel, email troy@caniworkforyou.com before your next billing date. We will confirm the cancellation by email. A cancellation request received before your next billing date stops that charge, even if we process it after the billing date. If a renewal charge occurs after a cancellation request was received on time, that renewal charge will be refunded.

Payments already made for the current billing cycle are not prorated.

Any videos included in the paid billing cycle will still be completed, unless a refund is approved under the Refunds section before production begins. After cancellation, any unused videos from a previously paid billing cycle remain available only through the 30-day carryover period described in the Unused monthly videos section.

Finished video ownership and usage

After full payment, you may use the finished video for your business across social media, advertising, websites, email marketing, and other normal promotional channels.

We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio, samples, website, social media, and marketing materials, unless you request confidentiality in writing before production begins, as defined in the When production begins section.

Third-party and AI-generated elements

Some elements in your video, such as stock music, sound effects, footage, fonts, templates, or AI-generated visuals or voiceovers, may be provided under licenses or terms from third-party providers.

Your right to use the finished video covers the normal business uses described in these Terms. Uses outside those normal business uses, such as television or broadcast, resale, redistribution as a standalone creative product, or use for a different business, may not be covered by the applicable third-party license or provider terms.

If we are aware that a particular element has a notable usage restriction, we will let you know.

Any music, footage, images, logos, fonts, or other material supplied by you remains your responsibility to use and license appropriately.

Third-party social platforms

Video content we create is generally intended for use on third-party social media and advertising platforms, such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube. Those platforms set and change their own rules, formats and algorithms, and we do not control them. You are responsible for complying with the terms of any platform you publish content to.

No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee any specific number of views, engagement, leads, sales or advertising results from any video, ad or content we create. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including the platform, audience, budget and how the content is used.

Acceptable use

Do not send us material you are not entitled to share, and do not ask us to create content that is false, misleading, infringing or unlawful.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the monthly billing cycle the claim relates to.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost sales, lost advertising spend, or other business losses arising from use of the service.

Termination

Either party may stop working together at any time. Ending a monthly subscription is handled under the Monthly subscription cancellation section, and any refund is handled under the Refunds section.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

If a dispute arises, please contact us at troy@caniworkforyou.com first. Both parties will attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days.

If the dispute is not resolved, any legal action will be brought in the appropriate state or federal courts serving Cobb County, Georgia, and both parties consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Either party may bring a qualifying claim in small claims court.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The version on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to it.
